Group Fitness

Our Fitness Studios provide the perfect environment for you to keep fit with our wide range of group exercise. Our classes cater for any ability, from beginners to advanced.

The programme is reviewed regularly to ensure that we are offering the right classes at the right times and introducing new classes to members and casual users.



Function and intensity collide in a total-body blitz like no other. T3 pump turns tried and tested resistance-based exercises into the ultimate physical challenge in the studio.


Multi-stationed group exercise class designed to work all the basic elements of fitness (strength, stamina, flexibility). No co-ordination required and all abilities welcomed.


This class is designed to build fitness and strength using a variety of intense group intervals. It uses interval training, plyometrics specific weight training designed around explosive exercise.


A hand held weight that is used for an all over top to toe workout combining cardiovascular and resistance exercise to give an all in one class.

Shape & Tone

LBT - Legs, Bums and Tums

This class is designed to target those stubborn areas that normal exercise does not get to, Legs! Bums! Tums!


A short warm up is followed by toning exercises with a light resistance; the main part of the class is pure stretching with relaxing music. This class is great to work on your flexibility.


Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 45 minutes, a fun, fantastic and fast session on indoor bikes, which will push you to your limits.

High Intensity Training


Insanity classes target the entire body, beginning with an accelerated warmup and moving into three intense blocks of work, each one targeting a different element of fitness. The cardio-based, total-body conditioning programme is based 'max interval training', supposedly a faster way of burning calories.


X-Fit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specialising on one particular area, but with the goal of building a body that's capable of practically anything.

Blast FX

Evolution becomes revolution with T3 blast. Transform outdated, one-dimensional body conditioning exercises into dynamic, tri-planar movement in the studio.


This class is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and fat burning.

Martial Arts

Fight FX

Martial arts-inspired fight sequences and conditioning drills devised to strip fat and amplify power, co-ordination and confidence in the studio.


Boxfit classes are an all-level circuit training class using focus pads, mits and punchbags. Fight off those pounds and relieve stresses through an area of combinations and drills

The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.


Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why these classes are often called exercise in disguise.


A fusion of group cycle and dance bringing rythm to the mix in a fun and atmospheric class. With easy to follow moves and actions it really does bring a VIBE to CYCLE!


Stomp FX focuses on basic, athletic programming which allows you to switch off your head and turn up the workout. Using a step, this multi-peak workout shreds fat and boosts fitness through a series of results-focused cardio conditioning sessions.

Mind & Body


It’s suitable for any age or experience. Drop in and learn or practice the fundamental yoga poses while concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper connection with your body. Style will vary, sometimes working slowly and other times more powerfully with postures linked dynamically with your breath.


Improve flexibility and strength, boost energy levels and improve mobility with this therapeutic class that introduces a series of stretches, positions and routines.

Cube Training

The Cube is a multifuncitonal training rig including, battle ropes, punch bag, monkey bars, medicine ball exercises and many more.
