Instructor: Rebecca MartinAquacise uses a range of exercises from basic aerobics to resistance training to kickboxing. Exercising in water provides buoyancy, taking away most or all impact on your bones, hoints and muscles, while the water adds pressure to your body. This allows you to work harder for longer, burning fat without the impact on your joints. This class is especially great for the elderly clients and pregnant ladies.
